An Israeli buyer once expressed concerns about after-sales service: “It’s a big problem if we can buy the products but can’t get them repaired, affecting our normal life.” In response, Mao Junhan, the company’s sales manager, assured, “We have more than 50 service outlets in the Middle East, including 2 maintenance centers in Israel. If there’s a problem with the equipment, engineers will come for on-site repairs within 24 hours.” This local service guarantee made the buyer feel at ease, and he immediately paid a deposit of over 4,000 US dollars to order two sets of samples for testing. The popularity of new energy products at the Canton Fair reflects the growing global demand for green and low-carbon solutions.
